What's the difference between an order block and a breaker block?
An order block is initial institutional positioning. A breaker block is what that order block becomes once it fails — sentiment flips, and the same zone now acts in the opposite direction.

No. Breaker blocks form only after structure has been confirmed broken, so signals are non-repainting.
