About Us
ScalperIntel is the trading-tools brand of QuantumIntel Software and Consulting Inc., a software company based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada.
We have been selling to the public since October 2022. Before that we were building for ourselves: indicators we wanted on our own charts and either couldn't find, or couldn't find built properly. That is still how most of the catalogue gets made. Something is missing, we build it, we run it on live charts for a while, and if it holds up we release it.
Today our tools are used by thousands of traders on NinjaTrader 8, and the library keeps growing.
How we build
Everything we publish is non-repainting. A signal that prints on your chart stays where it printed. It does not move, vanish, or quietly improve itself once the bar closes. That rule costs us features we could otherwise ship, and we accept the trade.
Our tools are built to work inside NinjaTrader's Strategy Builder, so you can test and automate around them instead of taking our word for anything. The logic is documented. Nothing sits behind a black box you're asked to trust.
What we don't do
We don't sell signals, we don't run a trading room, and we don't publish results. No indicator makes anyone profitable, and any vendor suggesting otherwise is selling something other than software. What we sell is instrumentation: clean, fast, carefully built tools that show you what is happening on the chart. What you do with that is your work, not ours.
Support
When you write to us, the reply comes from the person who wrote the indicator — not a ticket queue, not a reseller. If something is behaving in a way you don't think is right, we'd rather you told us. A fair number of our best improvements started as a customer complaint.
