Refund policy


Effective: November 15, 2025

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of purchase. The terms below govern eligibility, method of request, and how refunds are issued.

1) How to Request a Refund

Preferred Method (Self-Service): For Named User Licenses only

  1. Log in at account.scalperintel.com
  2. Open your order under the Order Status page
  3. Click Submit Refund Request and follow the steps

Manual Method (Contact Support): Required if any item in the order is activated or linked via Machine ID License, or if a partial refund was already processed for that order. Contact support@scalperintel.com.

2) Eligibility & Special Conditions

  • 7-Day Window: Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • Named User Licenses: Eligible for self-service refunds (subject to the rules below).
  • Machine ID Licenses: Customers may still request a refund within the 7-day window; however, self-service refunds are not available. You must contact Support for a manual review. If approved, we will revoke the license before issuing the refund.
  • Trials: Trial licenses are non-refundable. Exception: if you purchase the Lifetime License of the same product, the trial fee may be refunded.
  • Purchase After Trial: If you used a trial for a product before purchasing its lifetime license, any eligible refund for that lifetime purchase (within 7 days) will be issued as store credit only (not to the original payment method).
  • Bundles: Individual items in a bundle may be refunded within 7 days; all such refunds are issued as store credit equal to the bundled item’s proportional value.
  • Activation Bundles (Machine ID): Additional Machine ID activation bundles are non-refundable. Activations are license-specific and non-transferable between products or customers.
  • Partial Refunds: If you complete a partial refund on an order, the self-service refund portlet becomes unavailable for further items on that same order. Any subsequent refund requests for remaining items must be handled by Support.

3) Exchanges (within 7 days)

  • Same Price: Processed once the original license is revoked.
  • Lower Price: Difference is refunded as original payment (individual purchases) or store credit (bundle items).
  • Higher Price: We’ll invoice you for the difference; exchange completes after payment.

4) Refund Method & Timing

  • Original Payment Method: For eligible individual products that did not involve a prior trial and are not part of a bundle. Processed within 10 business days after approval (payment providers may add extra time).
  • Store Credit: Issued for bundle items, purchases following a product trial, and trial-fee exceptions (see above). But also available for any type of refund as an option. Store credit is typically available within 5-10 minutes after approval. and balance can be viewed in customer account -> Profile.

5) License Revocation

All approved refunds and exchanges require license revocation. Once revoked, the software will no longer function in NinjaTrader.
