What does the main sentiment reading represent?
The average of 11 normalized technical component scores — a broad reading of overall market bias from 0 (strongly bearish) to 100 (strongly bullish), with 50 as neutral.
What does the signal plot mean?
+1 when all 11 components are bullish (above 50), -1 when all are bearish (below 50), 0 when mixed. It's a strict full-agreement filter — fewer signals, higher conviction.
Does it repaint?
No. The indicator calculates on bar close — non-repainting.
Can I use this in Strategy Builder?
Yes. The aggregated sentiment, all 11 individual component scores, and the strict alignment signal are all exposed as hidden plots.
How do I use it as a filter?
Two common patterns: (1) Only take long setups when sentiment is above a threshold (e.g. 65) and short only when below (e.g. 35). (2) Only trade when the strict signal is +1 (longs) or -1 (shorts) — fewer trades, higher conviction.
