What does Volume Court measure?
It compares bullish vs bearish volume over a defined lookback period and plots the difference as an oscillator. The result tells you which side is dominating — useful as a directional bias filter on top of price action.
What do the colors mean?
Green = bullish volume prevailing above the threshold. Red = bearish volume prevailing above the threshold. Silver = balanced or within the flat zone (ranging).
What's the flat zone for?
It prevents over-interpreting weak or balanced volume. When the difference between bullish and bearish averages falls within the flat-zone percentage, conditions are explicitly marked as ranging — a signal to filter out weak setups.
Does it repaint?
No. Volume calculations are non-repainting and based on confirmed bar data.
Can it color candlesticks?
Yes. Optional candlestick coloring directly on the price chart based on the current dominance state — clean visual feedback without leaving the chart.
