How does the signal logic work?
A Buy signal requires price below the lower Bollinger Band AND MACD crossing above its signal line on the current bar (after being below on the prior bar). Sell is the inverse. Both conditions must be true.
Are stop loss and take profit really built in?
Yes. The indicator plots an entry, a stop loss, and a take profit on every signal. Take profit is calculated proportionally from the stop loss distance.
What markets is this best for?
It's optimized for sideways and ranging markets. Strong trends can generate false reversal signals, so pair it with a trend filter or only use it when you've already identified a range.
