What is ScalperIntel, and how does it help traders?

ScalperIntel provides advanced indicators based on Smart Money Concepts and other modern trading tools, offering insights into market structure, liquidity, and trends. These tools help traders make informed decisions for both manual and automated trading strategies.

Which platforms are ScalperIntel indicators compatible with?

Our indicators are designed for NinjaTrader 8. They also integrate seamlessly with SharkIndicators’ BloodHound and Blackbird for enhanced strategy development.

Do you offer a trial or demo version for ScalperIntel indicators?

While we do not offer a free trial, we provide a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the indicator doesn’t meet your needs, you can contact us within 7 days of purchase to cancel your license and receive a full refund.

How do I install and set up my purchased indicators?

After purchasing, you will receive an email with your download links and a Setup and Activation Manual, which includes detailed setup instructions.

Can I use the indicator on multiple computers?

Named User licenses: Work on 2 concurrent machines linked to your NT8 User ID. Machine ID licenses: Starting 30 Jun 2025, you can activate your license on 2 machines assuming you are using the same NT8 User ID on both.

Why am I seeing a trial message even though I purchased a lifetime license?

This may occur if your license hasn't been activated or if NinjaTrader 8 wasn’t restarted after activation. First, follow the activation steps in your Setup and Activation Manual. If you've already activated but still see the trial message, your Machine ID may have changed due to a Windows or NinjaTrader update.
For newer NinjaTrader versions (8.1.6.0+), make sure your license is linked to the correct NinjaTrader User ID (email). For older versions using Machine ID method, check if your Machine ID changed.

Can I get access to the source code for the indicators?

To protect our proprietary technology, source code access is not available. However, all parameters and plots are public, so you can build new indicators or strategies in NinjaTrader 8 using our indicators.

Can I automate the indicators or use them in custom scripts or backtest them with NT8’s Strategy Analyzer?

Yes, all ScalperIntel indicators can be used in automated strategies within NinjaTrader 8, particularly with BloodHound and Blackbird. Contact support for specific customization guidance.

Are ScalperIntel indicators compatible with automated trading strategies?

Absolutely! Our indicators work seamlessly with automated strategies and integrate well with BloodHound for efficient automation.

Can I transfer my indicators if I switch to a new computer or server?

Yes, you can transfer your indicators to a new machine. Just follow the instructions in the Setup and Activation Manual provided with your purchase.

Are video tutorials or guides available for each indicator?

We provide comprehensive user manuals for some of our major indicators, and our support team is available to assist with any technical questions.

How can I get support if I have questions about using an indicator?
